 As promised in our IG post yesterday, we are blogging about the wonderful Thai Coconut Chicken we prepared last night using the Thai Red Curry spice blend from the Spice & Tea Exchange in St. Augustine. Yes, Spice & Tea Exchange is a franchise but we love visiting both the uptown and downtown locations when we are there. As the name implies, they have a ton of spices and teas! Let’s face it, nothing ruins a great day on the water more than having your breakfast revisit you on its way to feed the fishes! Some folks seem to have an immunity to such worries but if you’re like me you know what I’m talking about. I feel your pain!   I absolutely love being on the water, be it diving, cruising, fishing or just day tripping with good friends however, all my life I’ve struggled with the specter of nausea which seems to rear  its  ugly head about half the time I venture out on the water!   Naturally, I’ve tried plenty of remedies,  most obviously Dramamine or any generic version containing its active ingredient, Meclizine  Hci ,  with varying degrees of success.
